Rounx is an AI-powered global remote work platform developed and operated by ROUNX LIMITED. It provides job posting, talent matching, contracts, escrow, milestone delivery and cross-border settlement.

Verified identities and business checks build profiles clients can trust, milestone escrow keeps payment in step with delivery, and a multi-currency wallet handles cross-border withdrawals.

Rounx runs on the web, Android and iOS, in English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and more. ROUNX LIMITED was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2024 and has offices in Hong Kong, Dalian and Shenzhen.

Our principles

Companies choose talent for what they can do, not where they are. AI is also changing how work is described, matched and delivered. Remote collaboration is becoming the norm, and it needs a platform both sides can rely on.

That is where Rounx starts. What we do: every profile shows its verification status, every contract is funded before work begins, and every milestone is paid once the client approves it.

What we will not do is lower our standards for short-term gain. Companies here should meet talent they can rely on, and talent should find work that is respectful.

Drafting jobs, matching talent, drafting proposals and translating: the time-consuming work goes to AI, so companies and talent can spend their effort on judgement and craft.

Features

Job posting and talent matching

Clients can post a job themselves, or have Rounx Copilot, the built-in AI assistant, draft the description, skill tags and budget from a short brief. Copilot matches jobs to the skills in each talent profile and can draft proposals for talent.

Identity and business verification

Individuals verify their identity and companies verify their registration. Verified status is shown on each profile.

Contracts and milestone escrow

Clients fund each contract into escrow before work begins. Talent delivers by milestone, and funds are released once the client approves the work. Every contract includes ratings, reviews and dispute resolution.

Wallet and cross-border settlement

The wallet holds balances in several currencies, with top-ups, withdrawals and exchange. The rate is shown before a withdrawal is confirmed. Talent can withdraw to a local bank account and through other methods.

Messaging and file sharing

Real-time messages, notifications and file transfer are built in.
