Role Summary Join a leading retail brand as an IT Support Analyst, providing first-line infrastructure and end-user support across corporate and retail environments. This role is heavily focused on Active Directory administration, user support, endpoint troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless IT experience for internal users. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level IT support for internal users, resolving hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues. Administer Active Directory, including user account creation, password resets, access rights management, security groups, and basic Group Policy support. Support Windows workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and standard office applications. Troubleshoot desktop, peripheral, and network-related issues, escalating complex problems when required. Manage IT tickets, ensuring incidents and service requests are tracked and resolved within agreed service levels. Coordinate with vendors and internal infrastructure teams to support issue resolution and system maintenance. Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware deployment, replacement, and lifecycle management. Assist with IT rollouts, workstation deployments, software installations, and office support activities. Your Impact You will be the first point of contact for employees requiring IT assistance, ensuring a smooth and productive working environment. Through responsive support and strong Active Directory administration, you'll help maintain secure, reliable, and efficient IT services across the organization. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Operations. Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration, including user account management, password resets, security groups, and access control. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and endpoint support. Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices. Good communication skills in Cantonese and English. Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Retail industry experience is not required; candidates with strong end-user support and Active Directory experience are encouraged to apply.
