About the Job Act as a contact point for mobile app and web development projects Liaise with clients, internal team, and other stakeholders Collect and analyze users requirements, prepare project documentation Communicate timeline and deliverables and manage stakeholders' expectations Manage project progress using tools including JIRA, Confluence Daily and weekly standup for projects Flexible Work From Home Arrangement Requirements Degree in Business or Computer Science, or digital related field 1-2 years of relevant working experience in digital agency or IT related industry is highly preferred Active listening and communication skills Good command of written English Good presentation skills (also able to prepare slides and diagrams) Growth mindset and willing to lead Familiar with scrum and agile development methodology Ability to empathize the clients and users pain point
