About the Company Super AI Holdings Limited is an AI application service provider headquartered in Hong Kong. Leveraging an AI+SaaS model, we deliver AI All-in-One Workbench and AI Agent Desktop solutions to help clients automate and intelligentize their office and business operations. Role Positioning This role serves enterprise users in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas markets. You will collaborate and conduct research with globally renowned AI and technology companies, while also maintaining strong connections and partnerships with AI and internet enterprises in mainland China. What the Role Entails We're looking for an AI+SaaS Operations Specialist to drive early user operations, localization, and product feedback loops for our AI Agent product across global markets. Own the operations strategy for the AI Agent product, including market prioritization, user segmentation, growth channels, localization direction, and operating cadence. Acquire seed users in target markets and run localized operations across channels including but not limited to content, communities, and influencers, identifying and validating the growth motions that work best in each local market. Through user research and market insight, develop a deep understanding of how knowledge workers and business users use AI tools, large language models, and Agent-based solutions; build localized use cases and templates, and close the product feedback loop. Who We Look For • 5+ years of experience in user operations, content operations, community operations, or growth operations; hands-on experience in overseas markets is preferred. • Hands-on experience in content, community, and influencer / KOL operations, with the ability to plan and execute campaigns independently. • Familiar with AI products, large language models, Agents, Skills, productivity tools, or SaaS solutions, with a strong understanding of user workflows. • Strong user insight and data sensitivity, with the ability to optimize operations based on activation, retention, and other usage data. • Excellent written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is required as approximately 50% of the role involves collaborating with China headquarters on business discussions, meetings, and documentation. Preferred Qualifications • Experience driving early user operations or cold-start growth in a new country or market.
