We are looking for a passionate and motivated talent to join our Mobile Network Engineering team. This role offers hands-on exposure to mobile network infrastructure, enterprise connectivity, cybersecurity, cloud-ready networking, and AI-assisted operations. You will work with experienced engineers, internal business teams, and technology vendors to support reliable, secure, and scalable network services for a fast-moving telecom environment. Responsibilities Assist in the planning, design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of mobile datapath and IT network infrastructure. Work with internal teams and external technology vendors to deliver stable, secure, and scalable network solutions covering LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, DNS, load balancing, and internet services. Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security, and help identify potential issues before they affect users or services. Support network infrastructure across corporate offices, retail shops, call centres, mobile network sites, and other business locations. Perform scheduled maintenance, change implementation, incident troubleshooting, service restoration, and emergency support when required. Explore and apply automation, scripting, monitoring tools, and AI-assisted solutions to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Take part in new technology initiatives and ad hoc projects, gaining practical exposure to modern telecom and IT network operations. Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline. Around 3 years of relevant experience in IP network, or enterprise IT network environments. Hands-on knowledge of routers, switches, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, network monitoring systems, and related network platforms is preferred. Good understanding of IP networking technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, BGP, and OSPF. Professional certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent is an advantage. Interest in AI-assisted tools, automation, data analysis, and smarter network operations is highly welcome. Experience in scripting, programming, or network automation, such as Python or Ansible, is an advantage. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Engineer.
