Position Summary As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of our web and mobile products. Working closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams, you will own the end-to-end manual testing process, identify risks early, and help drive continuous improvement across our software delivery lifecycle. What You'll Do Quality Assurance & Testing Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications, including functional, integration, regression, compatibility, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Design comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and functional requirements. Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden risks and usability issues before release. Execute test cases, identify defects, document findings, and follow issues through to successful resolution. Validate bug fixes and ensure product readiness prior to deployment. Produce clear testing reports, quality assessments, and release recommendations. Collaboration & Quality Improvement Partner closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met. Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, testing standards, and documentation practices. Support production issue investigation and root cause analysis activities. Contribute to automation testing initiatives when project requirements arise. What You'll Bring Education: Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Manual QA or Software Testing experience for web and/or mobile applications. Testing Expertise: Strong experience in Test Planning, Test Case Design, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, SIT, UAT, and Defect Management. Methodologies: Good understanding of SDLC and Agile development practices. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, and client-server architectures. Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Zephyr, or equivalent testing and defect tracking tools. Communication: Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. Languages: Fluent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English. Preferred Qualifications : • Exposure to Selenium, Cypress, Appium, PyTest, UIAutomator, or similar automation frameworks. • Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, or JavaScript. • Experience in FinTech, E-commerce, Internet, SaaS, or Mobile App products. • Experience with API testing and performance testing tools such as Postman and JMeter.
