Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated AI Transformation Specialist to drive the implementation of AI initiatives across our organization. This role is responsible for translating business challenges into practical AI solutions, leading AI implementation projects, identifying automation opportunities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensuring successful adoption of AI technologies throughout the business. The ideal candidate has strong business process knowledge, hands-on experience with Generative AI and workflow automation tools, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions—including Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Clinical Affairs, Manufacturing, and IT. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the company's AI journey and become a key driver of digital transformation. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Implementation Partner closely with the COO to execute the company's AI transformation roadmap. Convert strategic AI initiatives into executable implementation plans. Identify high-impact AI use cases across corporate and operational functions. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications. Business Process Transformation Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation. Redesign business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, quality and decision-making. Develop scalable AI-enabled operating procedures. Measure ROI and business impact of AI initiatives. AI Solution Development Design and implement AI-powered workflows using leading AI platforms and automation tools. Develop prompt libraries, AI assistants, knowledge bases and reusable AI assets. Build low-code/no-code AI solutions where appropriate. Coordinate with IT and external vendors on system integration. Project Management Lead multiple AI implementation projects simultaneously. Define project scope, timeline, milestones and success metrics. Coordinate cross-functional project teams. Monitor implementation progress and manage project risks. AI Governance Establish AI usage guidelines and best practices. Ensure responsible, secure and compliant AI adoption. Maintain documentation of AI solutions and workflows. Evaluate AI performance and continuously optimize deployed solutions. Change Management & Training Drive organization-wide AI adoption. Conduct AI workshops and user training sessions. Develop user guides, playbooks and training materials. Act as an internal AI advisor for different business teams. Innovation Continuously monitor AI industry trends. Evaluate new AI platforms and productivity tools. Recommend innovative solutions to improve operational excellence. Foster a culture of AI-driven innovation. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management or related disciplines. Master's degree is an advantage. Over 3 years of experience in AI implementation, Digital Transformation, Business Process Improvement, Management Consulting or Technology Consulting. Proven experience delivering enterprise AI or automation projects. Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders. Experience in project management and process optimization. Experience in healthcare or medical device industry is advantageous but not required. Hands-on experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, Prompt Engineering, and Knowledge Management Systems Hands-on experience with several of API integrations (preferred) and Basic SQL or Python (preferred)
