Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and end users. Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned. Translate business requirements into detailed and actionable technical specifications for development teams. Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and business performance. Develop process maps and workflow documentation, identifying opportunities for process optimization. Support system development projects from requirement gathering through implementation. Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements. Assist in system implementation, go-live activities, and user adoption initiatives. Maintain accurate system and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry. Proven experience in system documentation and technical specification development. Experience participating in or managing system implementation projects. Experience in maintenance and operational support of packaged software systems. Knowledge of Excel Macro and basic SQL querying. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with users, vendors, and consultants.
