IT Manager Location:Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily IT operations, including hardware, software, and network systems. 2. Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT-related issues. 3. Manage IT vendors, service providers, and procurement of IT equipment. 4. Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place (firewalls, antivirus, data backups). 5. Assist in implementing and maintaining company-wide IT policies. 6. Support digital transformation initiatives (e.g., cloud migration, automation). 7. Train employees on basic IT tools and security best practices. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in corporate internal IT management. Prior experience as IT Officer / IT Support Specialist in commercial enterprises is preferred. Proficient in written and spoken English for vendor communication and daily office work.
