Key Responsibilities: Act as a key role in supporting digital operations by using UiPath (developing RPA solutions) to improve efficiency; Prepare technical specifications, identify possible issues and provide solutions during project life cycles by optimizing automation processes to increase efficiency and accuracy; Understand the business requirements, design and develop automation workflows, perform system testing, prepare documentation and provide functional training to internal stakeholders; Work closely with IT team to develop and implement business applications for internal users; Provide support and maintain digitalization of work processing, ensuring system quality through ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement; Depending on business priorities, support the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of web applications, cloud services, AI solutions, and other emerging digital technologies. Support any ad-hoc duties and projects as required. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Statistics, Computing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines with at 1-2 years working experience; Experience with RPA development tools such as UiPath, Python, etc.; Strong numerical sense with analytical, logical, and well-organized thinking; Proficient in Office 365 applications (Power Bi, Power Automate), MS Excel Macro, Pivot Table, MS Access, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, Python, Copilot and Power Apps; Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin; Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills, with the ability to respond promptly. Self-motivated, Fast learner and able to work under pressure and independently. Knowledge of web applications, cloud platforms, AI technologies or data analytics solutions would be an advantage.
