We are looking for a Technical Associate to work alongside our Tech Manager as a hands-on builder inside an AI-native technology function. This is a delivery-focused role for a developer who is genuinely fluent with modern AI development tools — particularly Anthropic's Claude and Claude Code — and who wants to spend the bulk of their time shipping working software rather than managing it. You will report to the Technical Manager, who owns the technology function and sets direction. Your job is to build: the internal tools, automations, and workflows that make the business measurably faster. This is not a help-desk role and it is not a strategy role - it is a build role, and we will judge you on what you ship. Job Roles: Build, test, and ship internal tools, automations, and workflows using Claude Code and other AI-native development platforms. Take problems scoped by the Tech Manager and carry them through to a working solution with minimal hand-holding. Deploy and maintain what you build on our cloud infrastructure, working within the architecture and standards the Tech Manager sets. Support colleagues across the business in using Claude well — answering questions, writing prompts, and turning their manual processes into automated ones. Write clear, practical documentation so the tools you build can be picked up and maintained by someone other than you. Monitor what you have shipped, fix what breaks, and escalate early when something is beyond your scope. Keep pace with the AI tooling landscape and bring back techniques the team can actually use. Required: Must-Haves 4–6 years of hands-on development experience — you write and ship production code, and you have done so recently. Demonstrated proficiency with Claude Code or an equivalent AI-native coding tool; we'll ask you to show us. Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) — enough to deploy, debug, and maintain what you build. The ability to take a loosely defined problem and turn it into a working tool without needing the solution handed to you. Comfort in a fast-moving environment where the tooling changes month to month. A builder's mindset — your instinct is “let me build that,” not “let me raise a ticket for that.” Nice to Haves Experience with automation, scripting, or workflow orchestration tools. Familiarity with the Anthropic API and prompt engineering best practices. Exposure to SaaS administration or internal business systems. Experience at a startup or lean team where you've worn multiple hats.
