Responsibilities: Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and document user requirements. Liaise with internal stakeholders to assess the feasibility of proposed new features. Create, refine, and validate functional requirement documentation, including process flow diagrams and wireframes. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work closely with system developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Provide daily system support to stakeholders, including system guidance, enquiry resolution for operational teams and Business Units, and appropriate escalation. Partner with system developers to identify workarounds and implement effective issue resolutions. Support the Product Manager in evaluating new technologies and features for the digital platform. Requirements: Solid experience and in-depth knowledge in logistics or freight forwarding industry is a strong advantage; Minimum 2 years of working experience in business analysis, project management, IT solution development, or digitalization projects; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management; Strong command of MS Office applications; familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus; Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is advantageous; Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa; Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organisational skills; Adaptable and open mindset, with a strong willingness to embrace new ideas, drive change, and proactively overcome challenges and conflicts; Business-minded, performance-driven, and highly detail- and results-oriented; Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented and detail-focused approach.
