We are seeking an analytical, self-driven, and technical Solution Consultant to drive pre-sales consulting and post-sales solution delivery. In this role, you will bridge technical expertise and commercial needs, designing end-to-end IT, AI, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) / Document Management System (DMS) solutions that create measurable business value for our enterprise clients. Job Description: Provide Pre-Sales consulting services for Sales on IT Solutions Project aspects from existing customers and new customer enquiries to achieve sales target Solid experience in IT vendor management Prepare Business Analysis, consultation, proposal, presentation, implementation plan, proof of concept test, demo and tender management, etc. to conclude Solution sales Able to understand and apply AI in business processes & apply analysis techniques to offer a suitable solution, may include both hardware & software, particularly in ECM/DMS solutions & AI Tools Collaborate with internal solution teams on project implementation, e.g. Refining the requirement for SOW preparation, system design, system development, project implementation, etc. Perform value-added professional services (implementation, support, training, maintenance) when required Work closely with internal and external parties on execution of solution rollout & handle new product development Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines At least 2 years in pre-sale business solutions to enterprise customers and/or relevant working experience Experience in IT, software development and implementation will be an advantage Knowledge in coding and programming Knowledge in cloud platform, Virtual environment, computer software, networking, with relevant certificate will be advantage Formal training & experience in business analysis preferable Strong skills and solid experience in software application/network support and familiarize with cost & control application, DMS/ECM & other software/application knowledge would be advantage Excellent technical knowledge in Microsoft based environment, with Microsoft Certificate or other computer-related certificates will be advantage Knowledge in AI & cybersecurity will be added advantage An independent candidate with proven analytical abilities and a strong work ethic Strong sense of responsibility, a well-organized and reliable person with good team spirit Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Good attitude and willingness to learn Good in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin is preferable We offer attractive & competitive salaries and benefits, an exciting work environment, and excellent career development opportunities.
