Responsibilities: Develop and maintain system forms and documents in forwarding systems to support operational and compliance needs; Perform system configuration and functional testing for new modules implementation and system upgrade; Conduct requirement analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and design end-to-end system solutions; Liaise and coordinate with internal users, consultants and vendors within project development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation; Conduct the preparation work for system implementation, prepare training material and conduct user training; Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions/workarounds; Work with vendors for defect fixing or system changes; Manage ad-hoc assignment and other duties assigned by management. Requirements: Mandatory: IT supports experience in supply chain or logistics operational systems; With experience in system form/documentation development; Degree holder in Information System related disciplines with 3-5 years business analyst experience in logistics related industry; Strong skill in business analysis and translating the requirements into system solution design; Excellent skills in communication and managing user expectations; Experience in system project management; Basic knowledge of MS SQL; Experience in CargoWise One is a Plus.
