Key Responsibilities: Assist the senior management in overall planning of IT portfolio including technology infrastructure, system architect, database, applications, network and IT facilities. Identify, implement and maintain various application systems to support and continuously improve the business processes. Identify and work with business partners and vendors to support various IT initiatives. Perform IT project management to maximize the value of constrained resources. Manage IT projects including preparation, co-ordination and monitoring of budget, quality, schedule, procurement and governance. Manage day-to-day IT operations and user support for the headquarters, hotels, PBSA properties, and other business locations. Support IT projects such as network upgrades, system implementations, application integrations, and office or property technology setups. Manage enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, Property Management Systems, and other business applications. Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, system documentation, and asset inventories. Identify opportunities for digital transformation, process automation, smart-building solutions, and operational improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant Information Technology/ Project Management/Business Planning experiences. Solid hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, business applications, cybersecurity, and end-user support. Experience managing IT operations across multiple offices, properties, or business locations. Good knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, access management, backups, and disaster recovery. Experience delivering IT projects and working with external vendors and service providers. Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Proactive, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple operational and project priorities. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese. Putonghua would be an advantage. Preferred Experience: The following experience would be advantageous but is not essential: Real estate, hotel, PBSA, property management, or other multi-site operations. AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud platforms. NetSuite or other ERP systems, Salesforce or other CRM platforms, and Property Management Systems. Application integration, API management, CI/CD, or software-development projects. Surveillance, smart-building, and property network systems. Supporting operations or technology projects in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. Relevant certifications in cloud computing, cybersecurity, ITIL, networking, project management, ERP, or CRM.
