Project Manager (New Product Introduction / Product Launch) About the Role We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and execution-focused Project Manager to drive new product development and product launch activities. This role will work closely with engineering team, operations, quality team, supply chain, packaging, certification agencies, and OEM/ODM manufacturing partners to ensure products are successfully launched on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership of product launch execution. Key Responsibilities New Product Development & Launch Manage product development projects from concept through mass production and product launch. Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure project objectives are achieved. Monitor and drive progress throughout EVT, DVT, PVT and Mass Production stages. Ensure timely closure of project issues and action items. Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with: Hardware Engineering Firmware Engineering Mobile App Teams Quality Assurance Supply Chain Operations Packaging OEM/ODM Manufacturing Partners Facilitate communication between departments and ensure alignment on project priorities. Product Certification & Compliance Coordinate product certification activities including CE, FCC, UKCA, RoHS and related compliance requirements. Track certification schedules and identify potential delays or risks. Support product documentation and regulatory submissions. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Support Coordinate production readiness activities with OEM/ODM factories. Monitor pilot runs, production trials and mass production readiness. Follow up on production issues, yield concerns and corrective actions. Support packaging development and production implementation. Risk Management Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation plans. Escalate critical issues when necessary. Drive problem-solving and recovery actions to maintain launch schedules. Requirements Experience 3-7 years of Project Management, Product Development or NPI experience. Experience working with OEM and/or ODM manufacturers. Experience participating in multiple new product development projects from concept to launch. Experience in consumer electronics, smart home, IoT, access control, security products or related industries preferred. Technical Knowledge Basic understanding of electronics product development processes. Familiarity with product lifecycle management and manufacturing processes. Basic knowledge of product certifications and regulatory requirements. Skills Strong project planning and coordination skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. Strong ownership mindset with a hands-on approach. Language Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
