About the Role We are seeking a motivated IT Support & Infrastructure Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for a candidate 2 years+ of hands-on experience in desktop support and infrastructure management, who is eager to grow their technical skills in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining desktop systems, assisting with network infrastructure, and contributing to cloud infrastructure support initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day desktop support for Windows-based environments, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts, group policies, and permissions Assist with the administration and monitoring of LAN/WAN network infrastructure to ensure connectivity and performance Support IT infrastructure projects, including software deployment, system upgrades, and backups Collaborate with senior engineers to support AWS cloud services and infrastructure where applicable Maintain clear documentation of systems, procedures, and incident reports Participate in IT helpdesk operations, ensuring timely response and resolution to support tickets Support the rollout and onboarding of new users and devices across the organization Requirements 1 to 2 years of practical experience in desktop support and infrastructure management, primarily with Windows OS and Active Directory Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN) and troubleshooting Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS is an advantage, but not mandatory Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under supervision as well as independently Good communication skills in English and Cantonese Candidate must be based in Hong Kong with legal work eligibility We offer 5-day workweek, career prospects and attractive package for the right candidate.
