Responsibilities: Oversee both enterprise applications and infrastructure operation Lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise applications (e.g. Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Salesforce, CRM) with a strong focus on system analysis and solution delivery Act as a hands-on solution lead, analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system solutions, including AI solutions Drive system design, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure robust and scalable application performance Lead system integration initiatives with third-party and 3PL systems via API/EDI Partner closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement through system capabilities and automation Collaborate with users, internal and regional IT teams, and vendors to deliver practical and technically sound solutions Guide the team through requirement analysis, UAT, deployment, and support, while remaining actively involved in key system design and technical decisions Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Enterprise Information Systems, or related disciplines Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with a strong focus on system analysis, solution design, and application implementation At least 5 years of managerial experience Experience in sizable or enterprise environments Proven hands-on experience in enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/Dynamics), system integration (API/EDI) and AI solutions Solid experience in translating business requirements into system specifications and technical solutions Familiar with Agile/Scrum and able to contribute to both analysis and delivery activities Solid knowledge or hands-on experience in infrastructure fields such as Hyper-V virtualization platforms, Microsoft 365, and Azure will be an advantage Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese Interested parties, please click "Apply Now' to submit your application.
