The Role: We are a looking for a proactive and details-oriented System Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, managing both client and internal server infrastructure, and supporting key IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in infrastructure support, including Microsoft 365 (O365) administration, Active Directory management, Next-Gen Firewalls , and Veeam backup solutions . Key Responsibilities: Client Support & Systems Administration Infrastructure Management: Deliver professional technical support for client server installation, configuration, patching, network, and storage systems, ensuring all SLAs are fulfilled. Identity & Cloud Administration: Manage, configure, and maintain Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 (M365) environments, including user provisioning, access control, and security policies. Incident Management & Resolution Troubleshooting: Respond efficiently to incident cases, perform deep root-cause analysis, execute troubleshooting, and implement preventive measures to minimize future disruptions. Project Delivery & Coordination Project Support: Support client-facing and internal IT projects, including infrastructure setup, system migrations, and vendor coordination. Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact between clients, internal engineering teams, and external vendors. Internal IT & Asset Management Internal Operations: Maintain, monitor, and patch internal server infrastructure while providing technical support to internal users. Asset Tracking: Manage and track IT inventory, software licensing, and hardware assets. Job Requirements: Education & Experience Education: Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on infrastructure support experience. Technical Skills Systems & Cloud: Proven practical experience with Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 (O365) management/administration . Next-Gen Firewalls: Practical experience configuring and managing Fortinet, Check Point, and Palo Alto environments. Networking Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with switches and networks ( Cisco, TCP/IP, VPN ). Data Protection: Strong familiarity with enterprise backup solutions, with specific hands-on experience in Veeam Backup & Replication highly preferred. Competencies & Language Attributes: Self-motivated, highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure both independently and as a team player. Languages: Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, and Mandarin . Immediate availability or a short notice period is a distinct advantage.
