Enterprise Application Delivery (Technical BA Consultant) Incentive Management Application (APAC Regional Scale): Partner directly with retail teams to uncover requirements, prototype features, and iterate based on user feedback. Collaborate closely in a agile two-person team (Developer + BA) to build end-to-end solutions, driving rollout across HKMO and scaling across APAC markets (Thailand, Australia, Korea, and Taiwan). Operations & Event Support Application: Architect and maintain mission-critical tools upscaled to support regional high-end events. Automate workflows with Power Automate and build real-time Power BI dashboards to streamline complex event operations. Conduct live demos and present progress to Executive Leadership Committees. Coach Application: Design and deliver solutions to host division-wide coaching sessions, acting as a key enabler for major divisional goals. 2. Community Leadership & Coaching Local Market Power Platform Community Lead: Serve as the functional lead for the local market Power Platform community. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior business analysts and low-code builders. Best Practices & Adoption: Promote Power Platform best practices with business stakeholders, actively engaging business users to explore and adopt self-service Power Platform tools.
