Key Responsibilities : Install and maintain IT hardware, software, workstations, operating systems, business applications and official websites. Provide end-user support; resolve hardware, software, account, connectivity and application issues; maintain documentation. Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows/Linux servers, Microsoft 365 and end-user environments. Maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VLAN, DNS, SSL VPN, firewalls and SAN. Support cloud services, virtual machines, VMware/Hyper-V, backup and recovery. Conduct health checks, tuning, patching, vulnerability remediation, backup verification and capacity planning. Support information security, business continuity, disaster recovery, IT controls and standards. Manage business systems with vendors; resolve issues, implement fixes/enhancements, and improve performance and user experience. Design, test, deploy and maintain mini-program applications for operational needs. Support IT projects, implementation, automation, integration, daily operations and service delivery. Manage IT procurement, vendors, assets, and hardware/software/application deployment or replacement. Requirements : Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline. At least 5 years' hands-on Active Directory, Windows/Linux server and end-user support experience. Experience with Windows Server, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Lotus Notes, Hyper-V, virtual machines, networking, firewalls and SAN. LAN/WAN, router, switch, Wi-Fi, VLAN, DNS, SSL VPN and firewall administration; Fortinet/Cisco preferred. Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and VMware/Hyper-V administration experience. Python/PHP programming or scripting; knowledge of Java Spring Boot, React, Node.js, Flutter, Kotlin and C#. Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration using Python, Node.js or C#. Low-code/no-code and AI-assisted development, including vibe coding, is advantageous. Knowledge of AI applications, AI/ML, generative AI and agentic tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation and prioritisation skills; self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable and able to work independently under pressure.
