Encompass Banking & Finance, Government Departments, Telecommunications, Retail & Logistics, etc. With the guidance of mentor, you will be capable: To follow complex instructions to provide technical support for the setup and configuration of various platforms, e.g. Windows Servers, Linux Servers, etc. To facilitate root cause analysis and provide timely updates to stakeholders. To manage and support patch management, server monitoring, and backup. To work closely with internal and external stakeholders in Cantonese, Mandarin and/or English. Of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. If you: Enjoy defining why and how when managing various infrastructure components like Active Directory, Linux, Windows Servers TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN. Are advocates to provide high quality services to internal and external stakeholders such as translating technical hurdles into language clients can understand. Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated to learn. Have good interpersonal and analytical skills. Hold a Higher Diploma or above in a computing-related discipline. Are flexible to take roster-based support calls with allowance. Are open to work in our project offices in Tseung Kwan O. A plus if you: Have knowledge of Huawei products.
