We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Analyst Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end web application development, feature enhancements, and system optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions. Key Responsibilities Frontend & UI Development Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React . Ensure high performance, accessibility, and seamless cross-browser/device compatibility. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces. Backend Development & System Architecture Build, maintain, and optimize server-side applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js . Design and manage database schemas, queries, and integrations (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL). Integrate third-party services, APIs, and internal systems to ensure seamless data flow. Performance, Security & Maintenance Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing web applications and systems. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Ensure application security, data protection, and optimal system performance. Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Participate in system architecture design, code reviews, and technical planning. Contribute to improving development workflows, CI/CD processes, and coding standards. Qualifications Technical Skills (Required) 2–5 years of full-stack web development experience. Must have solid experience with React for frontend development. Must have hands-on experience with Node.js for backend development. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling. Experience with relational or non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, integration, and asynchronous programming. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Preferred Experience Experience with TypeScript, state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand), or server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized deployment (Docker). Exposure to AI tools, automation, or modern DevOps practices is a plus.
