Summary The AI & Cloud Consultant is a customer-facing consulting role supporting UnifyCloud Asia customers and partners across AI, data, application and cloud transformation programs. The role combines enterprise consulting, technical discovery, engagement management and practical delivery leadership across AI Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, cloud migration and application modernization engagements. This person will assess customer environments, shape transformation roadmaps, lead workshops, translate business and technical requirements into actionable workplans, and guide projects from assessment and POC through migration, modernization, deployment and production readiness. Success is measured by trusted customer relationships, clear recommendations, disciplined execution, strong technical credibility and the ability to identify opportunities for broader transformation. Key Responsibilities · Lead discovery and assessment workshops with business and technical stakeholders; evaluate cloud, application, database, data and AI readiness and define prioritized transformation roadmaps. · Develop clear consulting deliverables, including assessment findings, business and technical recommendations, migration plans, modernization options, workplans, risks, dependencies and expected outcomes. · Advise customers on cloud and AI architecture, operating models, governance and adoption approaches across Microsoft Azure, AI/GenAI, Copilot, Fabric, application modernization and multi-cloud scenarios. · Manage multiple customer engagements from kickoff through workshops, POCs, migration or modernization sprints, deployment planning and production readiness, keeping scope, schedule, budget and stakeholders aligned. · Coordinate with UnifyCloud architects, engineers and delivery teams in India to translate customer requirements into executable plans and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. · Support technical presales conversations, demonstrations, proposals and executive presentations, clearly connecting technology decisions to business value, risk reduction and measurable outcomes. · Identify opportunities to expand assessments and pilots into production deployments, cloud migration programs, additional AI use cases, managed services or broader data and application modernization initiatives. Qualifications · 5–10 years of experience in cloud, AI, data or enterprise technology consulting, technical program management, solution architecture, presales or customer-facing software delivery. · Professional fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese fluency; English business proficiency. · Demonstrated experience leading enterprise discovery, assessments, workshops, roadmap development, transformation planning or complex technology delivery. · Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AI/GenAI, LLMs, Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, data platforms, cloud migration, application modernization or related enterprise technologies. · Strong consulting and communication skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop practical recommendations and present to senior business and technical executives. · Strong project management discipline, including experience managing multiple customers, priorities, risks, dependencies, deadlines and distributed stakeholders. · Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Experience · 5 years of Consulting experience with an established global, regional or specialist cloud, data, AI or enterprise technology consulting firm.· Experience working with Microsoft partners, Microsoft field teams or enterprise cloud programs. · Experience supporting India-based development, delivery or migration factory teams. · Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud or multi-cloud modernization is a plus.
