Job Duties Conduct business process analysis across transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and order management operations. Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and system improvement to support digital transformation initiatives. Translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with IT teams or vendors to design appropriate system solutions. Prepare documentation including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and test cases. Support project implementation through data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment review. Analyse logistics performance indicators and recommend actionable improvements. Liaise with internal departments and external partners to align processes and system integration. Develop operational dashboards and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Provide training and guidance to users on system functionalities and process changes. Job Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. 2–5 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or SQL) and logistics systems (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, or Manhattan). Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping (e.g., BPMN, Visio), and project coordination. Knowledge of EDI, shipment visibility platforms, and transport management systems is a plus. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant Business Analyst role.
