You will be involving… Discover business needs and translate requirements into AI solutions. Design and deliver prototypes or MVPs using GenAI, RAG, automation or low-code platforms within short iterative cycles Provide technical support on prompt design, workflow design, RAG, automation, low-code / no-code integration, API usage and AI-assisted development Support deployment, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful delivery. Enable end-user through coaching, reusable assets, and hands-on guidance. Promote governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices. We are looking for… Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years experience in software engineering with AI / low-code development, with focuses on rapid business requirement discovery, workflow improvement, adoption support. Proficient in core concepts and algorithms of AI and Machine Learning. Project experience with prompt engineering, low-code / no-code AI, workflow automation, API integration, RAG prototypes, Databricks / Data Lakehouse, Machine Learning, Data Pipelines. Hands on experience of Microsoft Azure, Copilot Studio, low-code tools, cloud-based AI services, Vibe Coding tools . Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to balance innovation with regulatory, risk, and cost constraints. Knowledge of various AI solutions, able to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications or services. Understand software development methodologies such as Waterfall, agile, scrum, hybrid, DevOps. Programming background, familiar with programming languages such as Python and Java. Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
