Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Senior Manager, you will help lawyers and clients leverage legal technology and GenAI solutions, including Copilot, ChatGPT and Legora, to improve efficiency, innovation and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Advise on and support the use of legal technology tools, including GenAI, document automation, contract analysis and transaction management solutions. Work with lawyers and clients to identify needs and implement practical technology solutions. Deliver presentation, demonstrations, training and ongoing support to drive adoption of the firm's legal technology toolkit. Support live matters by applying technology to enhance quality, efficiency and compliance. Gather user feedback, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the rollout of new technology solutions. Requirements: 5+ years' experience in legal technology, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong knowledge of GenAI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT. Experience with legal workflow technologies, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Law preferred. Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must Good presentation skill and client facing skills
