We are looking for a curious and business-minded Data Insight Analyst to transform complex data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will work closely with regional stakeholders and IT teams across APAC to develop dashboards, define KPIs, analyse business performance, and drive data-informed decision-making. About Your Role: Analyse business, operational, and regional data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and management dashboards Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions Define, validate, and monitor KPIs to ensure meaningful and reliable performance tracking Conduct data analysis to support business planning, operational improvement, and strategic decision-making Prepare management reports, presentations, and business insight summaries for regional stakeholders Improve data quality, reporting processes, and self-service analytics capabilities Promote a data-driven culture and best practices across business functions Does it sound like you? Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or performance analysis Strong experience in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, data modelling, dashboard publishing, and refresh management Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, validation, troubleshooting, and query optimisation Knowledge of relational databases, data warehouses, and enterprise reporting platforms Experience in data cleansing, transformation, and quality management Knowledge of Python, Azure Data Factory, APIs, or automation tools is an advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills Ability to communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) Interested parties, please click "Apply Now" and submit your full resume with current and expected salary.
