Responsibilities: Enhance data analysis and AI application capabilities for the bank Utilize big data and AI technologies to effectively control risks, reduce operating costs, and support management decision-making Communicate with business units amongst the Bank for user requirements, business need analysis, functional specific preparation Assist in the development, testing, launching and production support of data analysis / application and AI applications for the bank Prepare relevant documentation and provide training to technical supports, business users and subordinates Conduct market and technology research, and introduce innovative technologies and solutions based on the bank's development to drive business through technological innovation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related disciplines; At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and AI applications, preferably from commercial banking or financial industry. Candidate who is familiar with data of banking business systems is highly preferred; Solid experience in big data and AI application development, with prior experience in model fine-tuning (SFT), prompt engineering, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) is preferred; Proficiency in two or more of the following: Python/Java, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Transformer, open-source large model application development, AI agent frameworks, RAG, machine learning Self-motivated, able to accomplish multiple tasks, with good problem-solving and communication skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) Candidate with more experience would be considered as Manager We offer competitive packages and promising career opportunities to the right candidates.
