Manage end-to-end IT operations, service delivery, and data centre facilities while ensuring SLA compliance and operational excellence. Lead ITIL-based incident and change management, working closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain reliable and secure production services. Description General Operation Management Establish and manage the support service for any software, hardware and systems managed Ensure the day-to-day IT operation follows the best practices and meets the operations' KPIs To oversee and run the day-to-day Data Centre facilities management and operations To ensure compliance with company guidelines and local authorities' requirements To assist in OPEX and CAPEX planning of yearly and monthly budgets Manage the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and foster the ITIL processes for all IT & outsourced team members Ensure all the procedures and documentation for Outsourcing operations are up-to-date. Collaborate with various teams (network, system, security, etc) to deliver IT services and support, and manage both hardware and software supplier services to meet the SLA Oversee physical security, evaluate temperature and humidity levels, and monitor power distribution to prevent equipment failure Incident and Change Management Ensure the outsourced providers keep track of all incidents and problems, and that they are recorded properly Enhance the repeated incidents and operational tasks through automation Communicate with application and infrastructure teams when a significant incident occurs, impacting IT-provided services Timely escalate critical incidents to the management team Act as Change Manager to manage all infrastructure changes and ensure records are appropriately approved according to the ITIL process Ensure the Change Management meetings hosted by Outsourcing when needed Others Perform any other duties as assigned by the management Profile Bachelor degree in IT, or Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or related disciplines Minimum 8 years' relevant experience, with demonstrated experience in implementing the ITIL process or certification as an ITIL professional will be a definite advantage Comprehensive knowledge of high-voltage power distribution, industrial cooling systems(HVAC/Chillers), and fire suppression mechanisms Extensive knowledge of data centre operation network, E&M Facility Management, IT infrastructure (Servers, storage, network), and production operations support Professional certifications such as Holder of Registered Electrical Worker license and Uptime Institute ATD are highly preferred Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, including vendors and the operations team Service-oriented, good problem-solving, and communication skills Professional-level business Chinese and English, both written and spoken Job Offer Competition Monthly salary.
