Securitas is seeking an experienced Regional Security Engineer to be deputed at client site Reporting to the departmental head, the successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic implementation and hands-on operations management of enterprise security systems across APAC offices, focusing on, CCure access control and Genetec CCTV solutions: Responsibilities: The Regional Security Engineer is to support Security Equipment Managed Support Services. Support Services shall cover, but not limited to the following: CCTV (The systems include cameras, workstations, video and digital recording equipment), Panic Alarms, Lone working Alarms, Intruder Alarms. Access Control door entry systems, Intercom systems both analogue and IP based systems, Visitor Management systems. Auxiliary interfaces, Break glass units which are integrated into access control systems, identified as green units. All components are included in the provision of the contract. Key management both physical and Traka key systems. Routine and Periodic Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of all equipment and systems shall be carried out in accordance with the respective manufacturer specifications. The provision of a Repair and call out service in relation to the Equipment, these works to be actioned through the client portal and will be available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Preparation and maintenance of technical services documentation, which shall include a 52-week program of planned tasks, together with task sheets detailing the method to be used. 52-week program and task sheet shall be reviewed and approved by client. Documentation indicating all works carried out, including those under warranties and/or defects liability. Sufficient information for independent analysis and audit. Quality control and assurance documentation. Upon request: Project Management, project installation, local equipment purchase and inventory storage Ensure that the operation of the equipment is to the full design and performance parameters as originally installed including any enhancements/additions or as modifications. Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through professionalism and efficiency. Adherence to Securitas Quality Management System procedures and its performance. Requirements: Engineering degree holder in Electrical, Electronics or any equivalent field is preferable Minimum 5 -10 years as a Security Engineer and comprehensive knowledge of low voltage systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Key Management System, Intruder Alarm, Network configuration etc. Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management Good attention to detail and organizational skills Should be ready to attend call-out during non-working hours, weekends, and holidays. Reasonable degree of IT Literacy in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge and certification of Genetec/CCure would be preferred Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Immediate availability is highly preferable
