Job Description: Responsibilities: Provide advanced system administration and operational support for UNIX (Linux/Red Hat, AIX) and Windows Server environments. Administer and maintain TWS / OPC scheduler objects (job streams, calendars, run cycles, dependencies). Design, test, and implement complex batch job schedules, event-driven workflows, and dependencies to support critical business processes. Collaborate with application development and database teams to integrate new jobs into the TWS environment Troubleshoot and resolve IT environment issues in adherence to provided instructions. Monitor daily batch streams, proactively identify scheduling bottlenecks, and resolve job failures in a timely manner. Conduct monthly housekeeping and apply patches to safeguard systems from potential threats. Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on IT operations and performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computing Studies, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on working experience in enterprise system administration and batch scheduling environments Proficient in shell scripting (Bash, KSH), PowerShell, and/or Python for automation. Holding an IBM Certified Administrator - Workload Scheduler is preferable Self-motivated and highly responsive with a proactive attitude. Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
