What You'll Be Doing Act as the primary technical bridge between business clients and the internal development team. Conduct requirement-gathering meetings and translate business requirements into detailed Functional & System Specifications. Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python and Node.js. Develop and integrate APIs and system interfaces. Perform system design, testing, deployment, and documentation. Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes. Manage and support Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) environments. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of software development experience. Strong hands-on experience in Python and/or Node.js. Experience in system integration and RESTful API development. At least 2 years of Government project experience is preferred. Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL databases. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and GitHub. Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
