HuanSu Group is seeking an Algorithm Engineer to join our core R&D team and help build next-generation AI-driven systems. This is a full-time, remote-first role with flexible working hours and market-competitive compensation. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize scalable ML algorithms for real-time inference and large-scale batch processing; - Build statistical and probabilistic models to solve complex business problems in recommendation, personalization, and predictive analytics; - Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to productionize research outcomes; - Conduct rigorous A/B testing, model evaluation (precision, recall, F1, AUC-ROC), and cross-dataset benchmarking; - Maintain and enhance ML infrastructure—including feature stores, model versioning pipelines, and monitoring dashboards; - Document algorithm assumptions, limitations, and deployment requirements with technical rigor.
