We seek an experienced Python Backend Developer for remote, project-based or long-term work. Key responsibilities: 1. **Business Backend Development**: • Build scalable, secure, maintainable backends with FastAPI or Django. • Implement user auth & RBAC, CRUD, reporting/export (PDF/Excel), and RESTful APIs. • Optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL performance, use asyncio, and apply clean architecture + documentation best practices. 2. **Web Scraping Engineering**: • Develop production-grade scrapers for public web data. • Defeat anti-bot measures via Playwright/Puppeteer, header/session spoofing, behavioral simulation, and rate-limit resilience. • Design distributed IP proxy pools (HTTP/SOCKS5) with health monitoring and rotation. • Handle full data pipeline: extraction → cleaning → normalization → validation → structured storage (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis). **Requirements**: • 3+ years professional Python experience.
