We seek an experienced Go Backend Architect to design highly available, scalable, cloud-native distributed systems serving tens of millions of users and billions of daily requests. This role drives core architecture evolution and serves as a technical decision-maker for engineering efficiency and system resilience. [Key Responsibilities] • Lead middleware/SaaS architecture: define service boundaries, gRPC/HTTP protocols, Saga/TCC/eventual consistency, circuit-breaking, degradation, rate-limiting, and observability (Metrics/Logs/Traces); • Build high-performance Go microservices: custom RPC, connection pool governance, zero-trust service mesh (Istio/eBPF), multi-tenancy, dynamic config; • Optimize performance/stability: use pprof, eBPF, flame graphs; target P99 < 100ms on critical paths, SLA ≥ 99.99%; • Define tech roadmap: evaluate Service Mesh, Serverless, WASM edge computing; • Drive tech selection: TiDB/PostgreSQL, Kafka/Pulsar, MinIO/S3, GitOps + Argo CD;
