We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to validate system stability and scalability under high concurrency and load. Responsibilities include designing, executing, and deeply analyzing end-to-end performance tests; identifying bottlenecks; pinpointing root causes; and collaborating with development and operations teams on system-level optimization. [Key Technical Requirements] • Expert in JMeter (distributed testing, custom Samplers/Listeners, JSR223) and Locust (Python coroutines); able to select/extend tools based on business needs • Strong performance modeling: building step/peak/stability tests using UV/PV/TPS, peak traffic, and SLA targets • Deep metrics expertise: TPS/QPS, P95/P99 latency, error rates, CPU/memory/IO/network utilization • MySQL/PostgreSQL internals: optimizing SQL via slow logs, EXPLAIN, indexing, connection pooling
