We are seeking an experienced Go Backend Engineer to join our cloud-native service development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling high-performance microservices architecture deployed on Kubernetes, integrating core data and messaging components including PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka, and ensuring system high availability, observability, and infrastructure-as-code through gRPC, Prometheus, and Terraform. Requirements: 4+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years in production Go environments (including goroutines, channels, memory optimization, and error handling); proven delivery of high-concurrency services handling 10K+ RPS; familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions), distributed debugging (pprof / OpenTelemetry), security best practices, and technical documentation (ADR / RFC). Remote-first role; fluent English required for cross-team collaboration.
