Oracle seeks a remote, full-time Network Operations Engineer to support its global IT infrastructure team. English fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory for cross-border collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network devices—including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN. - Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security risks, and capacity issues using SolarWinds, Wireshark, and NetFlow. - Execute network change management and documentation per ITIL practices. - Resolve Tier 3 incidents; conduct root cause analysis and deliver post-mortem reports. - Automate configuration management, health checks, and reporting via Python and Ansible. - Collaborate with Cloud Engineering on hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), including VPC peering and Transit Gateways. - Maintain network topology diagrams, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. - Participate in on-call rotation for critical systems.
