The project: A large‑scale public infrastructure enhancement programme involving complex civil, structural and MEP works across multiple interconnected sites. The project encompassed significant station‑area upgrades, tunnel interface works, systems integration, and critical asset renewal to improve network capacity, safety performance and long‑term operational resilience within one of Hong Kong’s most heavily used transport corridors. You’ll be responsible for: Leads planning and project controls for medium to high‑complexity programmes, ensuring robust schedules, EVM, and performance insights. Shapes complex requirements, delivering clear analysis and corrective recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Directs planning teams, providing technical leadership, performance management and career development. Applies numerical and statistical techniques to identify trends and drive informed decision‑making. Supports senior management in negotiations, due diligence and business development. Champions collaborative delivery and proactive carbon‑reduction initiatives aligned with net‑zero goals. You’ll need to have: Degree qualified with progression toward recognised professional accreditation and relevant industry certifications. Expert in programme planning systems, complex integration, scenario modelling, 4D BIM, QSRA and schedule management tools. Strong analytical capability with integrated progress analysis, reporting and Power BI‑driven insights. Proven experience across diverse construction sectors and major complex, high‑value programmes.
