Strategic Analytics: Monitor and analyse key business metrics to uncover growth opportunities. Translate complex datasets into clear, high-impact insights and strategic updates for leadership and key stakeholders. Advanced Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated BI dashboards that are both visually compelling and technically robust, ensuring data integrity at every level. Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into market trends and competitor performance to identify new business opportunities and support strategic initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse departmental stakeholders to deliver tailored analytical solutions, ensuring all projects align with business needs, timely delivery and quality outcomes What You Have? Education: A university degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline. Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in data analytics and strategic planning, ideally within an e-commerce or fast-paced retail environment. BI Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Tableau, with a strong track record of building complex calculations, developing scalable data models, and extracting actionable insights. Technical Skills: Mastery of SQL and experience with Python to query, manipulate, and analyze large-scale datasets, with a proven ability to structure and solve complex data problems. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts and complex data into narratives easily understood by non-technical stakeholders. A self-directed, goal-oriented mindset.
