Job Title: Senior IT System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer (高級 IT 系統管理員 / 基礎設施工程師) Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior IT System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and optimize our enterprise-grade IT infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, data security, system disaster recovery, and seamless daily operational support across media and corporate environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Multi-Domain Active Directory & Core Infrastructure Services Administer multi-domain Active Directory environments, including GPOs, trust relationships, and domain health. Manage enterprise email services involving Cisco Secure Mail (ESA/CES) gateway and Microsoft Exchange Server . Oversee core network and identity services: DNS, DHCP, NTP (Time Sync), and PaperCut Print Services (Ricoh). Manage Microsoft licensing and agreements ( KMS, MPSA, WSUS patch management). 2. Backup Operations Perform system backup, data protection, and restore operations using Veeam Backup & Replication, Anybackup (UIS) . 3. Virtualization, Cloud Desktop & Server Hardware Management Administer virtualization environments, including H3C UIS Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and multiple VMware ESX clusters (DMZ, OMZ, and HR zones). Maintain Citrix XenDesktop / XenApp / XenServer virtual desktop infrastructure. Responsible for physical server hardware maintenance (HP, DELL, Huawei) located in the Central Equipment Room (CER). Monitor system availability and performance using PRTG Network Monitor . Requirements: Technical Skills & Experience (Must-Have) Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT system administration, preferably in media, broadcasting, or large-scale multi-site corporate environments. Active Directory: Strong knowledge of multi-domain AD management, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server ecosystem. Virtualization & VDI: Proven experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (e.g., H3C UIS), and Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp/NetScaler. Backup & DR: Solid experience with Veeam Backup & Replication or enterprise backup software. Email & Security: Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Cisco Secure Mail, Kaspersky, and basic SOC/MSSP coordination. Preferred Certifications (Nice-to-Have) VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Citrix Certified Associate/Professional (CCA-V / CCP-V) Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate Soft Skills & Languages Languages: Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage for communicating with vendor technical teams in Mainland China. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills under pressure to ensure 24/7 service availability for critical systems.
