Job Duties: Manage all phases of a project, from initial planning and design to execution and completion Engage with business users to gather high‑level requirements, manage stakeholder and maintain transparent communication on scope, cost, timeline, and overall delivery progress. Lead and coordinate both on-site and remote teams from IT, business users, and external vendors and prioritize against planned resources Create the budget and manage the project team resources and ensure the deliverables on schedule within the budget during the entire SDLC Review status reports of project progress and maintain all project documentation up-to-date according to best practices of project delivery Identified issues and risks with resolutions recommended if appropriate Coordinate and monitor project UAT, deployment and training for business users Facilitate the preparation the project proposals, tenders and proof of concept Ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements: University graduate or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines Minimum 10 years experiences in project management for software development PMP/ PINCE2/ Agile Certification is an advantage Knowledgeable and experienced in the overall SDLC Self-motivated, result-oriented and well-organized Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Good spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage; Travel to mainland China occasionally; Immediately available is preferred
