As a Business Analyst in the Insurance industry, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering data-driven solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business objectives. Looking for all levels: 2-3 years experience as Senior Business Analyst, and 4-6 years experience as Assistant Manager/Manager Client Details The hiring company is a large organization in the insurance industry known for its innovative approach to digital transformation. Description Work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Translate these requirements into functional specifications that can be effectively utilized by technical teams. Review and assess existing business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies or gaps. Propose and design improvements that strengthen operational performance and streamline workflows. Facilitate workshops, discussions, and meetings with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of project objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes. Support various project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, tracking milestones, and preparing progress reports. Contribute to the timely and successful delivery of initiatives within the defined scope. Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system specifications. Ensure all records remain accurate, well‑organized, and easily accessible. Develop test cases and assist in coordinating UAT activities. Confirm that delivered solutions align with business needs and meet the established acceptance criteria. Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the insurance industry. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
