About the Role We are looking for a proactive, analytical and technology-driven Technical Business Analyst to join our IT team. This role will support business system enhancements, digital transformation initiatives and project implementation across multiple business functions. You will work closely with business users, management and our overseas development team to analyse business requirements, coordinate system improvements and ensure solutions are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with both business and technical teams. While you are not expected to be a software developer, you should be able to understand business processes, communicate technical concepts clearly and help translate business needs into practical system solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys business analysis, problem solving, process improvement and working with modern technologies in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document business requirements, functional specifications and business workflows. Collaborate with business users, management and developers to deliver effective system solutions and enhancements. Coordinate system implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment and project follow-up. Analyse system issues, perform basic SQL data validation and coordinate issue resolution with developers. Support API integrations, third-party systems and business process improvements. Prepare user documentation, training materials and provide end-user support where required. Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to improve analysis, documentation, testing and productivity. Drive continuous improvement of business systems, processes and user experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Technology or related disciplines. 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis or related IT roles. At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience, with the ability to understand source code and communicate effectively with developers. Experience in software implementation, digital transformation or business system projects. Good understanding of SDLC, business processes and system implementation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills. Basic knowledge of SQL, REST APIs and system integration concepts is preferred. Self-motivated, organised and eager to learn new technologies and AI tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience with e-commerce, ERP, WMS, POS or inventory management systems. Experience supporting API integrations or third-party business systems. Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud or Linux environments. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or GitHub Copilot to improve work efficiency. Experience in retail, distribution, e-commerce, trading card games or collectibles industries will be an advantage.
