The Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) is an independent and notfor-profit statutory body which administers public examinations in Hong Kong. Our scope of responsibility extends to administering over 200 international and professional examinations. We are looking for talented people to join hands with the HKEAA family in contributing to the provision of valid, reliable and equitable examinations and a range of assessment services to meet the educational and societal needs of the community. Applications are now invited for the following post: Officer – Information Technology (Ref: IT/08/334) (Digital Workplace and IT Service Management) Duties : The appointee will report to team manager and responsible for supporting the Authority's Digital Workplace initiatives and IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement programmes. Key responsibilities include: (a) Support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Digital Workplace platforms and IT services, including Microsoft 365, meeting room technologies, unified communications, and related solutions; (b) Coordinate and support user adoption, training, communications, and governance activities; (c) Liaise with users, vendors, and technical teams to coordinate solution deployment, troubleshoot issues, and support service delivery; (d) Support the review, enhancement, and implementation of ITSM processes in accordance with ITIL best practices and ISO/IEC 20000 requirements; (e) Administer and maintain ITSM tools, workflows, service catalogues, and related documentation, and coordinate incident, problem, change, request, and knowledge management activities; (f) Support the end-to-end IT procurement, contract administration processes, and perform full spectrum of office administration functions; (g) Prepare service performance reports, support continual service improvement initiatives, and assist in audit, compliance, and certification-related activities; and (h) Assist in the operation and continuous improvement of the IT Service Desk and deskside support services. Requirements : (a) A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related disciplines; (b) At least 5 years of working experience, with minimum of 2 years in Microsoft 365 management, user side technical support and/or IT service management; (c) Process knowledge/qualifications in one or more of the following is required: ITIL, PMP and/or CISSP ISO9000, ISO20000 and/or ISO27001 Windows Client/MacOS, Microsoft 365 and Azure Technology AI Application on Digital Workplace (d) Work with 'can-do' attitude, detail-oriented, initiative-taking, and agility; (e) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and vendor management skills; and (f) Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. Employment Terms : The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract with contract-end-gratuity, MPF benefits, medical and dental care. Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
