Position Summary 职位概述 The Research Engineer will contribute to the research, design, and development of AI-enabled scientific computing platforms supporting computational drug discovery and biomedical research. Design, develop, and optimize software tools supporting computational biology, molecular modelling, and data-driven scientific research. Develop scalable data processing pipelines and machine learning workflows for scientific datasets. Implement and optimize algorithms for data analysis, simulation, and computational research. Support the integration of AI, cloud computing, and high-performance computing technologies into PolarisQB's research platform. Collaborate with computational scientists, chemists, biologists, and AI researchers on multidisciplinary R&D projects. Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies. Prepare technical documentation, research reports, and supporting materials. Experience in software development, scientific computing, artificial intelligence, or machine learning. Strong programming skills in Python or other modern programming languages. Experience with machine learning frameworks, cloud computing, high-performance computing, or distributed computing is an advantage. Experience in data engineering, algorithm development, or scientific software development is preferred. Knowledge of computational biology, bioinformatics, cheminformatics, or life science applications would be an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
