The main responsibility for this position is to perform the full spectrum of IT related matters, including CCTV & security devices. This position entails, but is NOT limited to, the following : 1. Set up, maintain & administer IT infrastructure (network, NAS, security, CCTV & Microsoft Exchange Online) for daily operation ; 2. Communicate effectively with non-IT directors & colleagues using non-technical & plain language ; 3. Develop IT facilities for future growth & new requirements, in particular the setting up of websites & the appropriate use of QR codes ; 4. Provide IT support to end-users on PC, printers, scanners, external hard disks & mobile devices, etc. 5. Manage IT software & hardware inventory, including CCTV ; 6. Assist senior management to review & renew IT service contracts. This position includes collecting user data, keeping up-to-date with new equipment, preparing budget proposals, procuring equipment, implementing new projects, training users and documenting user manuals. Minimum requirements: · Associate degree or higher in computer science, information technology or related disciplines ; · Holder of CCNA or other relevant IT professional certificates ; · Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support service ; · Proficiency in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, VLAN, etc.) and Firewalls such as FortiGate; · Experience in deploying and managing website will be an advantage ; · Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
