Key Responsibilities: Define, execute, and continuously improve the enterprise cybersecurity roadmap, its risk management framework, and data governance policies. Ensure full compliance with relevant local and international regulatory requirements regarding IT governance, cyber resilience, operational risks, and data protection. Lead incident response, security awareness training, threat mitigation, vulnerability management, and regular security audits. Oversee and optimize the resilience, security, and performance of mission-critical IT infrastructure (networks, cloud, hybrid environments, servers, endpoints, and enterprise applications). Modernize technology stacks through cloud migration, architecture upgrades, and disaster recovery (DR) / business continuity planning (BCP). Drive internal efficiency programs, including process automation, modernization of enterprise employee tools, and legacy system overhauls. Lead, mentor, and empower the team to foster continuous professional growth, drive a culture of operational excellence, and effectively support all core department functions and strategic business goals. Partner with Executive, Compliance, and Operations teams on regulatory reporting and audit preparations. Manage the complete IT budget, cost optimization, and capital allocation strategy without compromising system performance or security posture. Direct vendor lifecycle management, negotiating SLAs, contracts, and third-party risk assessments for software, hardware, and service providers. Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role in financial industry, preferably in securities sector. Deep knowledge of Hong Kong financial regulatory frameworks (SFC rules & guidelines) and cyber security standards. Strong stakeholder management skills, vendor negotiation skills and team management capabilities. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
