Responsibilities: Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with IT operational standards, collaborate with support teams to address issues, and report findings to Line Manager Optimize system remote monitoring with SOCC and delivery teams, prioritize critical alerts, and develop improved monitoring solutions for better reliability. Facilitate capacity planning, ensuring thorough reviews and accurate reports by support teams, and provide oversight and support for future growth. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and resource optimization and to enhance efficiency and adapt to evolving technology and renovation needs. Representing IT Operations in projects, ensuring operational requirements are met, facilitating smooth handovers and integration with daily operations. Requirements: Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines with at least 6 years of relevant experience on IT systems administration, including Data center operation, technical support and drill management, of which with at least 2-3 years proven experience in IT Operations management Experience in supporting VMware, SAN storage, DCIM (SNMP/ModBus/LoRaWan), Telemetry Gateway, Dynatrace, ServiceNow or multi-vendor cloud platform etc Certification in relevant technologies e.g. MS windows / RHEL will be definitely advantageous Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 or above is preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
